Shipping and Returns
MOST OF OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE FROM OUR OFFICE IN VENICE BEACH, CA. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, WE ESTIMATE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3-8 BUSINESS DAYS OF ITS SHIP DATE.
WE WILL EMAIL YOU A TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-DIRECT ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED - ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED BECAUSE OF AN INVALID ADDRESS MAY BE RESHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS.
You must request and exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments
that smell or perfume.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Before sending any return items please ensure you have submitted a returns request via your account on our website or over email (firstname.lastname@example.org), as you will need a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number
Please email us a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping.
The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the exchange/refund is made.
The cost of the original freight and the return postage will not be reimbursed or refunded.
We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).
Pretty Baby California cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order.
