ORDER APPROVAL
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
After you place your order, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that your credit card or PayPal account has been charged.
Your card/PayPal account is debited at the same time you submitted your order on our Website. If your order has not been approved, you will be notified immediately via our Website or by PayPal.
In the rare instance that your order is approved but any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you immediately by e-mail to arrange for a full refund or a product exchange, if preferred.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Pretty Baby California will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The Website and communication is always conducted in English; therefore, the final sale contract will also be in English.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price.
Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Only one promotional code per customer can be used.
CANCELLATION BY US
At Pretty Baby California, we will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock.
In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will re-credit your account immediately. Pretty Baby California will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only. Pretty Baby California does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
Pretty Baby California aims to ship any orders received that same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. If you contact us and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, if the order has not been shipped, Pretty Baby California will happily cancel the order and refund you.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Pretty Baby California insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Pretty Baby California and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Pretty Baby California cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Pretty Baby California is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
